Embedded below is a video showing the “second look” post feed. If the offensive player catches the ball on the wing and is unable to throw it into the post player directly, we teach our players to take a dribble (or pivot) up the court and come back to throw it in. The dribble up the court relieves the pressure on-ball and forces the defensive post player to adjust his positioning.
