Life’s Work: Coach K

Terrific Q&A with Coach K done by Harvard Business Review exploring his leadership and management tactics. Loved Krzyzewski’s answers on how he used lessons he learned from his 1995 operation in handling this year’s back surgery, recruiting, the key to motivating a team, what he learned from West Point and how he sees his relationship with his Duke players. If you’re interested in more of Coach K’s management techniques, his book “Leading with the Heart” is a good read available for cheap on Amazon. Thanks to Drew Adams for passing this article along.
