Zach Lowe of ESPN’s Grantland is the best in the business when it comes to the NBA and this interview is a perfect example of his ability to engage NBA personnel in an intelligent dialogue that extends beyond what you traditionally see in the media. Really good stuff from Flip Saunders on building up the T-Wolves roster, patience in personnel decisions, KG’s intensity and overcoming injuries in the NBA.
It doesn’t matter. He’s a player. Good teams have guys that can play multiple positions. It makes them harder to guard. Besides, it’s not what position you play. It’s what position you can guard. Some nights, Towns will guard power forwards and KG will guard centers. Some nights, it will be the other way around.
