The league’s MVP, a brand new coach, a 16-win jump from the year before, an overnight superstar, a win total that places them 6th all-time and a title-starved fan base, the Golden State Warriors have undoubtedly been the NBA’s biggest story this season. Take a look below at six articles that I think serve as a primer of sorts for this Golden State Warriors club.

ESPN: Warriors push the pace, not their players. READ

Mercury News: Inside the dynamics of the Golden State Warriors coaching staff. READ

Awesome. I just read the articles and I enjoyed them all. I learned a lot and it’s good to get insight into how things are done behind the scenes. From the outside looking in things look so simple but I knew there was much more going on. However, I didn’t know how intricate things can be and the decision making processes that go on from choosing assistant coaches, to a drill dedicated to defending a player coming full speed, etc. A lot goes on and I hope to learn more and more about these fine details that make everything work. Thanks for the articles, it’s my first day on this site and I’m definitely a fan.
