Linked below is a good read from Bloomberg Businessweek. The article’s premise is to break down Gregg Popovich’s philosophy and express it in a way business leaders could learn from. They narrow Pop’s management and leadership ideas to 5 pillars. While the thought is a bit simplistic, I think there are some really good takeaways for coaches/leaders at all levels. My favorite point was Pillar 3 about Pop’s ability to unleash his anger strategically. I appreciate Jay Cyriac for passing this article along.
